This position encompasses all areas of customer demand and factory planning, taking production work orders and efficiently planning into a production plan based on material availability

Description
* Ensure customer OTD is met
* Allocate and issue stock against works orders
* Highlight future risks
* Attend and participate in the weekly order book review meeting
* Attend and contribute to the daily department stand-up meeting
* Scrap reporting and analysis
* Create plans for Continuous improvements
* Contribute to site operational and strategic initiatives
* Monitor material inventories including finished goods, raw material and packaging
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role gained in a manufacturing space
- Have a solid understand of Supply Chain, Production Planning, Materials management & Production Control
- 5S, KanBan, Lean manufacturing techniques (bonus)
- Experienced in MRP - JDE(bonus)
