37 Hours Per Week – Up to 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Linc has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ICT Quality Officer to join our busy ICT team.

Reporting to the ICT Operations Manager, the successful applicant will actively contribute to the development and maintenance of ICT systems by:
•Providing support for ICT systems and related product environments making the necessary changes to maintain functional systems.
•Assist and support the helpdesk role, providing cover when required to support the Helpdesk Assistant and to responding to requests for assistance.
•Liaise with users, departments and third party suppliers regarding the development and support of new and existing ICT systems.
•Implement and support third party software solutions.
•Provide training to clients in the use of hardware and software.
•Ensure the successful implementation of new systems and systems modifications, to budget, timescale and user requirements.
•Test patches and releases before implementing across the network.
•To keep up to date with developments in hardware and software.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of providing effective end user support in a busy corporate environment across a wide range of technical areas. Ideally this would include mobile & fixed telephony, hosted services delivered via Azure and Office 365, VMWare, Linux, Windows Server (all versions), MS Office, Exchange and Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Dynamics CRM, SQL, structured cabling, Cisco switches, IP telephony and telecom switch management.
Detailed server hardware knowledge (including SAN’s), project management and good understanding of Web technologies will also be required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised and has strong administrative and communication skills.
