About the role
We are looking for a finance assistant to join our Service Charges Team.  The role will involve assisting in the recovery of the cost of all services, the preparation of budgets, annual review of service charges and the preparation of accounts. In addition you will respond to rent and service charge queries.

About you
You will be a proactive team player with outstanding customer services skills, and a focus on continuous improvement. You will have the ability to understand financial information and work comfortably with numerical and written data. Good Microsoft Excel skills are essential, and ideally you be able to demonstrate an understanding of computerised accounting systems. You will be highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage your workload efficiently in order to meet tight competing deadlines.
