Location: nr. Bath

Package: GBP85,000 - GBP100,000 + Car + Bonus

La Fosse is working exclusively with a truly Global business based nr Bath to appoint a Head of IT Projects to ensure the successful deliver of all strategic projects through a significant period of transformation, largely orientated around ERP and Cloud programmes. This is a newly created role reporting in to the CIO, which will require an individual who can equally; build and lead a business-aligned PM team, ensure the delivery of their business systems programme, implement the required portfolio governance (internally and through the 3rd party delivery resource) and manage competing resource vs. budget demands.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong delivery track-record at project and programme level. Ideally centred around significant ERP implementations
• Global Programme Delivery experience
• Experience line managing a Project Management function within a large, complex business
• Experience implementing a governance framework with internal PMs who have not previously adhered to one, and 3rd party vendor delivery resources
• Genuinely exceptional stakeholder leadership and influencing skills up to board level
• Ideally have experience in a similar position within a sector associated with the following; Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering, Logistics, Service etc.
