Receptionist

My Government Client is looking for a happy friendly face with a warm bubbly personality to join their team as front of Reception. You will ideally have some reception experience however admin experience will be fine too! Above all we are really looking for someone with passion and drive.

• Your new role will be based in a small office just outside of the city centre in Moss Side. You will be required to book people in at the reception desk, handle enquires, answer the telephone and divert calls to the correct location. You will also distribute mail, order in supplies and any ad hoc duties that there may be.

• The hours of the role are 9am to 5pm plus 1 late night every other week until 7pm. This role is temporary however it is more than likely that it will be long term.
