We specialise in manual traffic surveys, parking beats, queue surveys, interview surveys, pedestrian counts, Origin and Destination surveys and other data collection work.

We work up to a 2-2.5 hour drive away from Harlow, so this could mean a job as far a field as Bristol in the West, or Nottingham to the North, but most of our work is based within  an hour to 1.5 hour drive. We usually meet up at approx 0500-0530.

We tend to undertake surveys when everyone else is going to school/work and coming home from school /work, which is usually 0700 to 1000 & 1600 to 1900, and is usually term time only. If we are close enough to Harlow (up to an hour away) and we have a long enough gap between the morning survey and the afternoon/evening survey, then we will come back to Harlow before returning for the afternoon shift, otherwise we stay on site.

All work equipment is supplied by us i.e. clicker, clipboard and pencil, and training is undertaken on the job. A car is not essential as I can provide transport, but if you do have a car then that can be an advantage.

Payment ranges from £50 to £60 for 2 hours am and pm (4 hours work), and £60 to £70 for 3 hours am and pm (6 hours work). If we undertake a 12 hour survey you will receive upwards of £100. We do not pay an hourly rate as such, but a payment based on the type of day/survey undertaken. The amount of work depends on our clients, but it can be from 1 day upto 8 days a month.

All ages will be considered, but it is an as and when basis, and ideal for those that have very flexible hours
