This particular client are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the processes of all operations of their customer contact centre environment strengthening the skill set of the compliance led department. This role is very much around customer service, processes and resourcing.
You will be working very closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager.
What will be expected from you within the role:
- Coordinating all activities ensuring the effectiveness of the operations driving the operating, policies, processes and activities moving forward
- Over-seeing the customer contact environment working with key colleagues to deliver a high quality of service
- To be responsible of undertaking regular 121 catch ups with employees and appraisals adhering to the company's performance policy
- Ability to be extremely motivated at all times, motivating others with a good sense of business
- Ability to manage change fairly easily, taking responsibility at all times
- Coordinate and manage training of staff liaising and working with the CIM and HRM
- Leader, Influencer, Analytical
- Great stakeholder engagement skills
This is a perm role paying up to 40k.
