A market leading Electronics Manufacturer are seeking a Production Engineer to engage in all Production Engineering objectives, ensuring both Business and Customer needs are fully met in accordance with priority tasks, providing timely progress updates and working in accordance with the company ISO 9001 QMS
Desired experience:
+ Manufacturing background within the Electronic sector actively engaged in New Product Development is highly desirable
+ Proven track record for developing and enhancing processes and best practice, planning for strategic investments & personal ownership of team output
+ Conversant in both Mechanical & Electronic Engineering disciplines
+ Proven track record working within an ISO 9001 QMS
+ 2D and 3D CAD drawing using Sketch-up and/or Autodesk products
+ Understanding of Product Structures for Bills of Material management and documentation Change Control
Desired qualifications:
Educated to a minimum of ONC or equivalent
+ Aptitude or experience in Production Engineering in a complex electronic manufacturing environment
+ Aptitude or good practical knowledge of Electro-Mechanical Production Processes, SMT, PCB and Lean Methodologies & Tools
+ High level of computer literacy, Microsoft products, particularly Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Microsoft Project (Desirable).
