The successful applicant will be required to contact an agreed cohort of offer holders once the student's offer has been sent. Student Support Advisers will attempt to maximise the number of student confirmations by answering student queries and clarifying areas of misunderstanding. The outcomes of interactions with students will be recorded in Salesforce, INTO's CRM system.

The successful applicant must have experience of delivering outstanding levels of customer service across a variety of platforms including over the telephone. In addition an extremely high attention to detail while working towards achieving and exceeding pre-agreed student enrolment budgets is required. You will also have experience of working in a customer focused environment and be able to prioritise your work loads, meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

You must be approachable, have exceptional communication skills and be able to build and manage effective relationships with stakeholders - particularly locally-based education counsellors and INTO's Regional Office network. An interest in other nationalities and cultures is also essential.

Educated to degree level you will ideally have experience of having lived and worked abroad.
