Theatre Usher/Bar Staff. Casual hours. Sue Townsend Theatre.

We are one of the largest Further Education Colleges in the UK with more than 20,000 learners studying with us on a wide range of courses. Our mission is to equip people with the skills they need to be successful in education, in work and business and in their personal lives.

We are looking to recruit Ushers/Bar Staff to work on a casual basis at the Sue Townsend Theatre on external hires and performances.

You will work alongside the Technical staff and the Theatre and Events Programming Manager in supporting the organisation and running of shows and performances.

Experience of working in customer facing environment together with good numeracy and literacy skills are required. Previous experience of bar work and handling cash are also desirable.

Working times will vary depending on the external booked event. It is envisaged that the majority of the events will take place in the evenings and weekends with occasional day time events.
