Signature Team Customer Advisor - Hertfordshire

The Liz Earle Signature Team will support customers with product selection by offering accurate product information and lifestyle advice, demonstrating best-in-class service at all times. Our Signature Team will ensure that an unforgettable experience is enjoyed by our customers at all times, and will be called upon to represent our brand over key promotional offers, at new store launches and at VIP events.
To be successful in this role you will have previous management experience in a premium beauty retail brand. You will also have a genuine interest or background in skincare and beauty therapy. You are used to working in a highly-targeted environment, analysing and reporting on performance data along with driving traffic and sales to the counter.
You will be a self-starter, someone who is driven and happy to take ownership of your results. You will be a confident sales advisor with a genuine passion for service, who takes pride in their performance. Due to the mobile nature of this role, you will be comfortable stepping into various store environments, with an ability to build relationships across your store network quickly.
