About us At ICNARC, we believe passionately in working together to improve the care and outcomes for intensive care patients. Over the past 20+ years, as an independent charity with close academic links, we have developed strong working relationships with all staff groups working in over 200 intensive care units in the NHS and have collaborated with them on a large number of audit and research studies. Patient and public involvement and engagement in all our work is central to our philosophy. Our national clinical audit database now contains information on over 2 million patients and we use this data and other high quality clinical data derived from our broad portfolio of national and international research studies (conducted within our registered clinical trials unit) to help guide and influence the policy and practice of intensive care in the NHS at every level - from the intensive care unit to Government and to the public. We are looking to recruit exceptional individuals who share our passion for making a real difference. You will be joining our growing team (currently 38 staff) at an exciting time as we begin to shape our future vision for ICNARC for the next ten years. About the role HR Advisor c. GBP35,000 per annum (subject to pro rata) Part-Time 17.5 to 23 hours per week London - Flexible working available Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for the full day-to-day operations of the HR function. You will be supporting HR projects including a review of our policies and procedures and the development of our People Strategy to support our 10-year vision. In addition, you will be advising managers on all employee relations casework with a focus on performance management. The HR Advisor will also be expected to support on all recruitment and contribute to the design and development of of learning and development initiatives. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be a confident HR generalist who can quickly establish credibility with key stakeholders. Previous experience managing HR projects is essential for the role, as is an understanding of employee relations, employee payroll and benefits and HR data and analytics.
