Avalon Care Home is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to provide leadership to the care team.
You will be passionate about provision of quality care, have a mature and responsible attitude and dedication. You will work alongside your colleagues, providing guidance and direction and ensuring that the home functions effectively. You will be expected to be in charge of the shift but will be supported by other Senior Cares, the Senior Care Lead and the Home Manager.
Our care team works a mixture of day and night shifts and the senior team operates an on-call rota in which you will be expected to take part.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £8.30 /hour
