Finance & Administration Assistant
Engineering company is seeking a versatile person to join the finance team
The main responsibilities will include:
- Bank and nominal reconciliations
- Completion of labour reports
- Intrastat and EC sales listings
- Processing credit card expenses
- Journal preparation and posting
- Cost of sales analysis
- GRN/invoice matching
- Minute taking
The ideal candidate will be flexible, highly numerate, with some experience working in a finance function, and a willingness to learn.
Working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential.
Working hours are: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm (lunch 1pm to 1.30pm), Friday 8am-1pm.
Holidays are: 25 days per year plus bank holidays
