We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills.  

The person needs to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to be an active part of a small team. We are a small family run plumbing and heating company based in Southborough. 

The role is varied and it's essential you can multi-task and have a flexible 'can-do' attitude.

You will need strong organisation skills and good attention to detail.  

Candidates need to be proficient in MS applications.  

The role involves typing quotations for customers.

A significant part of the role involves liaising with customers by telephone and you need to have a confident and pleasant telephone manner.  

Other aspects of the role include processing payments and liaising with suppliers. 

The role is full time; Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a view to starting as soon as possible.
