Studio Producer (Maternity Cover)

We're looking for a Studio Producer to join our growing team in Cornwall. This is a maternity cover contract, perfect for an organised, talented individual to handle project management, social media, client relations and day-to-day operations.

We're a bunch of creatives, sometimes we're too busy slow-brewing coffee or programming Raspberry Pis to worry about day to day necessities. That's why we need your help.

We're looking for a talented individual who has the ability or potential to manage our systems to keep us efficient and profitable, to help us maintain our relationship with our customers and help us reach new audiences.

Pro rata salary dependent on experience, 22 hours a week

• Project management - creating new schedules, monitoring the status of jobs daily and ensuring the team deliver work on time

• Responsibility for social media channels

• Client relations and day-to-day operations

• Preparing and sending estimates and invoices.

• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines

• An affinity with technology - most of our project management tools are online or cloud based

• Highly organised, confident, cheerful and self motivated

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Able to work independently and within a small team

• An interest in graphic and digital design preferred

• Good with dogs (not allergic)

• An understanding of brand strategy and/or marketing strategies

• Experience in winning new design work

• Experience in the design industry in general

We're a small design agency based in Penryn, which builds brands that connect. We create brands, design for print and build websites for a variety of clients locally, nationally and internationally across a broad range of sectors.
