Keen to appoint a Commercial Contracts Solicitor, the highly successful department is looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running. You will be advising on all aspects of commercial and corporate law including supply contracts, terms & conditions and agency distribution, joint ventures, MBOs, and private equity transactions. You will be keen to network in the Midlands market and will be determined to build a successful practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor you will already be working at a leading national firm and be boosting strong technical skills across the broad spectrum of commercial & corporate work. A natural passion for business development coupled with actual experience is key. Well respected in your field of law you will longing for a firm where you will have the opportunity to grow and progress your career in line with your ambitions. With a minimum of 2 year's PQE you will possess a solid background in dealing with both transactional and non-transactional corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and LLP agreements. Candidates will also have experience of commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements and employee share schemes.
