Customer Services - Sales

Customer Services, Sales– Chelmsford, Essex – Competitive basic salary (£18,000) plus sales bonus – Full Time, Permanent. Looking for two people, one requires a Russian speaker.

The company is based in CM1 Chelmsford, Essex.  The company runs the International Property Awards, the International Hotel Awards, a number of business events and the titles “International Property & Travel” Magazine “The World’s Best Hotels” and a range of winner’s publications. 

The International Property Awards has been established for 25 years and is the only property awards which operate on a global basis. They sell, organise and run business networking and exhibition days alongside their award presentation ceremonies and these are based overseas as well as in the UK.

About the role - Customer Services (sales)

• The role requires an organized person and a polite telephone manner.
• Previous experience with customers and sales essential. 
• Russian speaking would be a necessity for one role but not required for the other role. 

They are looking for two Customer Services personnel to build rapport with their customers and to guide and advise them to get the best possible benefits from the awards they run.

This is an exciting busy and fast role and you will need to fully understand the benefits of their products for their customers so they offer a comprehensive training programme to enable you to fully establish your knowledge to enable you to successfully carry out this role. 

You need to have an excellent command of the English language, be well spoken and bright.

You need to be organized, motivated by our products and services and be happy to work a rota of shift hours depending on the regions of the world we are working with.
