Our client is an independent pharmacy operating under the same ownership for 22 years. They provide a full range of Community Pharmacy services and their pre-reg trainee will get the benefit of close working relationships with local GPs, Practice Nurses, Community Nurses, Dentists, Receptionists etc. Therein, the pre-registration pharmacist will be exposed to many different scenarios that they can learn from and develop themselves further.

They have 2 excellent pharmacists which allows them to dedicate more time to the student. You will benefit from the experience of a pharmacist practising 25 years and a newly qualified pharmacist who has recently been through the registration process. You will be working with the same pharmacists on a daily basis, not locums. They have excellent staffing levels too.

To be considered, applicants must either have, or currently be studying for a pharmacy degree.

You will receive a salary of £19,000 plus competitive company pension scheme, 20% staff discount, discretionary bonus and 20 days holiday.

Situated in a lovely suburban area of Sheffield, with friendly patients who have been regulars for many years.  The pharmacy has recently been refurbished providing a fresh new environment for the student to work in, with up to date equipment. There is good access to public transport (bus/train) and also safe parking for students who wish to drive.

You’ll be working in a fast paced, inspiring environment that allows you to deliver genuine care and build great relationships with your patients and customers. Their Programme is designed to give you the perfect foundation, providing you with the training and support you need to develop your skills, build your clinical and management knowledge and develop you as an all-round pharmacist. It will include 2 hours per week paid protected learning.  This is a full time role, approx 40hrs per week.
