Our well established client is looking for you to join their fast paced passionate customer services team based in St Albans
You be trained to communicate with their customers via email and telephone, answer queries and offer solutions. Additionally you will be work with a team of engineers and manage their work load whilst they are on the road.
Utilising your background with a call centre/ customer service environment and your excellent organisation and Microsoft skills, you`ll enjoy client interaction by phone and via email, talking to and scheduling engineers.
Customer services, call handling and administration skills are a pre-requisite for this role.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
1 Saturday in 7 09:00 to 18:00 (half day working from home) £150 shift allowance per shift
1 Saturday & Sunday in 14 09:00 to 18:00 (half day working from home) £150 shift allowance per shift
A generous remuneration package is offered of £21,000 per annum + £150 shift allowance per shift Together with your dedicated parking space, career progression and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
