Job Title: Internal Technical Sales Coordinator

Location: Yate/Bristol

Salary: £18-20,000 plus bonus & benefits

A unique opportunity has arisen for a committed and driven person with excellent customer service experience looking to get into sales/account management and join a thriving, entrepreneurial business. Due to the Business continuing success they are now growing their internal sales team, offering an excellent benefits package and a structured bonus. They offer technical training and have a track record of investing in and developing their staff.

The Business is a highly regarded family business established in 1990, supplying high and medium voltage components for major infrastructure projects. Having grown steadily since 1990 they offer security and stability in a fast paced, meritocratic environment. The Candidate:

• You will have solid phone based customer service experience and a track record of taking responsibility for and driving your own success.

• You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to pick up technical product knowledge quickly.

• You will be highly organized, enthusiastic and target driven. Experience in a similar industry is not essential.

You may be in a large organisation, feeling frustrated at the pace of progression or lack of autonomy and responsibility, or a small firm with nowhere to go. With the Business you will be actively encouraged to take ownership of the role, using your strong communications skills and commercial acumen to quickly build relationships with colleagues and clients.
