Domiciliary Deputy Manager - Kettering, Northamptonshire

BS Social Care is currently recruiting for a Domiciliary Deputy Manager based within the Kettering area of Northamptonshire. This is a full time and permanent role paying £22,000 with the opportunity to progress to become Registered Manager. This company provides care to 23 clients running at approximately 650 hours per week to an age group of 21 to 96 years old with a mixture of physical disabilities and terminal illnesses within the community. The staff team consist of 11 full time and 13 part-time.

About the job;

This role is to support and step in in the absence of your Front Line Manager. It is also there to create excellent working relationships with your clients and your staff members. You will ensure that all care is provided and that both clients and workers are well looked after.

About the ideal candidate;

To apply for this role, we are ideally looking for candidates who are currently within a Deputy role for a domiciliary/homecare company OR someone who is looking to take a step up from a strong Senior/Supervisor/Team Leader, someone who is a driver and someone who lives as close to Kettering as possible.
