JOB TITLE: Tool Maker

WORKING HOURS: Full Time
THE ROLE: Tool Maker- Corby, Northamptonshire
My client requires an experienced Toolmaker to join our dynamic team to facilitate the expansion of our established injection moulding business.
Duties will include the production of new injection mould tools, mould tool servicing and repair.
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently when required and be adaptable to the challenges that arise in a busy moulding company.
Key Responsibilities- Tool Maker- Corby, Northamptonshire
For the role of Tool Maker you will be a reliable and flexible team player but be able to work independently when needed. You will have a hands-on approach and be a good communicator. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Corby, Northamptonshire.

- Previous experience working as a toolmaker or similar role in a manufacturing/ Engineering environment,
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Good practical, mechanical and technical skills
- Fully conversant with all tool room machinery and equipment (CNC/mills/lathes/surface grinder/drills)
