Our client offers a range of innovative office solutions and products. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an Inventory Administrator to join them, either at their Croydon or Milton Keynes office. 

Within a stimulating and fast-paced environment, you’ll have the chance to gain valuable insight into the purchasing process and play an important role in our client’s day-to-day operations.

As an Inventory Administrator, you will manage the daily back orders of key customers. 

In this vital role, you’ll ensure that back ordered products are proactively sourced or changed to a suitable alternative in-line with set timescales. 

Your duties will involve: 

- Helping to ensure that next day fulfilment levels are maximised 
- Identifying service issues through exception reporting
- Liaising with other departments to ensure that customers receive a high-quality service 
- Making sure that KPIs are accurately reported 

Interested? While no experience is necessary, to be considered, you’ll need good MS Office skills, including Excel. Great communication skills are also key. 

As an Inventory Administrator, you will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with a professional telephone manner and a customer-focused approach. 

Ideally, you’ll have some knowledge of office products, but this isn’t essential.
