PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including:

  • maintaining and updating office databases;
  • answering telephone enquiries;
  • processing incoming and outgoing business post;
  • diary management;
  • other general administrative duties.

Experience/skills:

Previous experience working in financial services is essential for this position.

The ideal candidate should be organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.

Requirement to be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Salary to be negotiated dependant on experience.
