Moulding Supervisor
Launceston, Cornwall
Day Shift (07:00hrs – 15:30hrs)
The main duties of the role will be leading our injection moulding department and providing technical assistance to our machine setting team when required. Previous experience of setting moulding machines is essential and you will identify and prioritise work on a daily basis prior to allocation.The ideal candidate will have:
Supervisory experience in an Engineering and/or Manufacturing environment.
- Experience of managing staff performance.
- Coaching and training experience.
- Managing production levels to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
