What it’s about
The Compliance team has expanded and we are recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator role in our great team. Compliance is responsible for the development and delivery of processes and activities that safeguard the security, integrity, accessibility, fairness and reputation of Cambridge International exams. We are part of the Operations division and are committed to excellence and delivering the right results for our candidates.
What you’d be doing
As a Compliance Coordinator you would be empowered to make a positive difference. With support, you will become an expert in the area of access arrangements and other key processes. Principally you would be:
- Leading and managing processes. Delivering best practice effectively and efficiently
- Leading and managing people. In a culture of high expectation, developing your colleagues to excel
- Reviewing and analysing internal and external information to produce recommendations on policy and process improvement
- Evaluating facts and evidence to make informed decisions with reference to our regulations
