Our Pre-Employment Vetting team will collate the information, conduct the relevant checks and create the files ready for auditing. This information then needs to be thoroughly and accurately audited, ensuring that all required information is present and entirely accurate.
All processes need to be completed before the candidate starts on-site with the Client, so there are strict deadlines to work within.
Any adverse findings will need to be recorded and rectified, obtaining the required information from the relevant teams, with any serious issues being escalated through the appropriate channels.
You will need to develop a thorough understanding of our processes and procedures, and the vetting requirements of our Clients, including their 'RAG Matrix' (Red, Amber, and Green Matrix).
The person
We are looking for someone with a very high attention to detail and level of accuracy, with a methodical and thorough approach to their work.
You will need to be used to dealing with high volumes of work within rigid criteria and under strict time frames, and as such be able to prioritise your workload and work effectively under pressure.
You will need to have the relationship skills to work with a large team and the confidence to make requests, push back and follow up on processes to ensure all tasks are completed.
Development opportunities
This is a relatively new function within the business and you will be joining at the early stages of the implementation of the division.
This will give you the opportunity to implement processes and play a key role in the development of the function.
As the function expands within the business, there will be additional auditing responsibilities across other areas to get involved with.
The team will also grow over time which will also open up opportunities for this role to develop into a leadership position.
