Overview

We are recruiting for a HR policy and Reward Consultant.

About the role

This is a great opportunity to provide high level, professional policy and reward expertise, ensuring the delivery of corporate policy which meets the operational needs of Buckinghamshire County Council.

You will lead on job evaluation, giving advice and guidance to managers and representing BCC at the Hay Job Evaluation Group. You'll also design, develop and implement new business processes and HR policies for the Council, Schools and Harrow.

About you

You will be a skilled communicator able to build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, in particular, trade unions and employee reps. You will have extensive practical experience of providing high level employment law/reward/strategic advice. You will hold a degree or equivalent and be MCIPD qualified.

This role involves occasional travel to Harrow Council, for which expenses will be paid.
