Senior Conveyancing Fee Earner

A large well know law firm is looking to recruit an experinced Conveyancing Fee Earner. You will be based in Wakefield, joining the property department which is CQS accredited due to its success based on outstanding client care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a competent Residential Fee earner to showcase their ability to run their own busy case load, whilst liasing with clients to ensure their expectations are met in a friendly and professional manner. You must be able to manage a busy caseload covering a full spectrum of residential property matters whilst working autonomously.

A collabrotive culture is promoted throughout the firm and you will therefore have the opportunity to advise and assit colleagues in other fields of law.

You will also be required to actively seek business development in the surrounding areas and build a quality reputation for yourself and the firm.

- Competent understanding of all aspects of conveyancing including:
- Sale and purchase
- Freehold and leasehold
- New build
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership
- Equity release
- Re-mortgage
- Unregistered titles
