Salary: £18166 (approx based on experience)

Full time

Job purpose:

This role will provide the Accounts / HR departments with a high level of administrative support which also involves various adhoc duties for Accounts and HR.

Key responsibilities:-

·Responsibility for two key supplier accounts

·Statement reconciliations

·Accounts Filing / Coding supplier invoices

·Company expenses

·Adhoc account duties including nominal reconciliations

·DBS Checks

·Reference requests

·Online payslip queries

·Administration of Attachment of Earnings

·Payroll filing

·Controlling and updating personnel files

Skills and qualifications

·Relevant experience within an Accounts / HR role

·Computer literate with good organisational skills

·Good communication, verbal and written

·Flexible approach to working conditions and working environment

·Self-motivated and enthusiastic worker
