Supply Teachers

We are a leading local independent supply teaching agency based in Brighton, is currently recruiting a pool of Primary Supply Teachers for local supply work in Hastings and the surrounding areas.

We offer flexible local supply teaching work in Hastings and throughout Sussex. It does not matter if you are looking for one day a week or a long-term contract, once you have registered we will do all we can to secure you the work you require.

If you are NQT or an experienced teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) we offer:

• A simple timesheet system that does not involve submitting your own hours

We were was born out of a frustration from the service being provided by the large corporate supply teaching agencies to the schools of Sussex. It is owned by an experienced education recruiter who has been working with the schools of Sussex since 2001. He felt strongly that the supply teaching services available could be improved upon by offering a more personal approach and not one bound by targets and year on year growth.

Every school is assigned one point of contact and our experienced consultants have a proven track record in their specialist sector. We believe this gives us a definite advantage helping teachers secure either suitable supply work or their next permanent career move. We were the first agency in Sussex to not charge schools an introduction/finder 's fee should they want to take you on permanently.

We set out to offer a reliable and cost effective supply teaching service for local Sussex schools, teachers and support staff. We are not backed by any shareholders and thus prefer instead to be accountable to the local schools, teachers, county councils and the DFE.
