Head of Sales - Equity Release / Lifetime Mortgages
Our client is a leading provider of Equity Release / Lifetime Mortgages. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Manager to join the senior management team, with the responsibility for creating and leading a team of direct advice Mortgage Advisors.
You will be responsible for the designing and building of a new service offering, run the advice service, and continue its development in line with the company strategy, ensuring the division is operating in a fully compliant manner.
Experience required:
Previously operated at an executive or board level
Currently or previously held an approved person status covering leadership of a multi-disciplined team, which included direct mortgage advice
A proven background in the design and execution of commercial strategy
Able to successfully design and navigate corporate governance whilst maintaining personal and regulatory principles
A track record of leadership and of the performance management of teams, including of advisers
The ability to articulate, demonstrate and deliver all the components of a market leading customer proposition
A keen awareness of digital transformation, how it can be deployed and used to transform traditional customer propositions
Will ideally hold Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP)
Will ideally hold Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER)
The ability to demonstrate a full understanding of compliance regulations
Excellent communication skills
Hardworking and focused
Salary up to GBP90,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits
