Are you an inspirational people manager who loves to grow and develop a team, bringing out the strengths of individuals and creating a cohesive high performing team? To bring this and our vision to life, is through our people (approx. 950 employees and 1250 volunteers) and this role is a key part of ensuring we develop and grow this amazing group of people. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has experience of delivering a consistently high standard of learning and development to the business, embedding and building a learning & coaching culture.
