Macildowie HR are working with a leading business in the Hinckley area. They have a global reach with quite a diverse product offering and work with big businesses and well known brands. They are looking for an interim HR Advisor to join the team to cover sickness.

This role will cover almost everything as it will have a standalone feel to it as the other HR Advisor is based at a different site, only 10 minutes away! The business are looking to offer a salary between GBP25,000-GBP28,000 plus other benefits.

The Role

You will support with on a variety of activities for the whole site, supporting with recruitment by advertising roles, working with agencies and building relationships with the hiring managers to reach a successful decision when hiring.

This role will have an absence focus as the business are in the process of implementing a new policy with a few kinks still to work out.

You will also help to line manager the newly recruiter HR Administrator alongside the other HR Advisor and will help in supporting with the employee life cycle paperwork until they are up to speed

The organisation is also going through a transformation process with the possibility of redundancies in certain teams on the horizon so you will be heavily involved in this, again alongside the other HR Advisor and Head of HR.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role you must have experience within an HR function operating at HR Advisor level or above.

Experience is paramount as they want someone who can hit the ground running and jump straight in with the team.

In this role you need to have experience with redundancies as well as employee relations as they are two key themes for the role

A high level of customer service, internally and externally so confidence is key. They are also looking for someone quite dynamic, more than just being part of the team.

Other desirables include initiative, organisation and accuracy. Being a team player is paramount!
