Head of Finance

Our client, a fast growth Branded Food Manufacturer, is recruiting a Head of Finance. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for delivering best in class performance across all areas of finance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with senior operational managers to deliver effective financial and management reporting
• Management and development of a team responsible for delivering monthly management and statutory accounts
• Supporting commercial teams to improve customer contracts to drive sales and margin, in particular working with major retail multiples
• Acting as the main point of contact with group finance for reporting and improving processes in line with group expectations

To apply, you must be a qualified accountant with experience in a food manufacturing environment.

You will be "hands on" and have an impressive track record of leading and developing teams to improve commercial decision making in line with company strategy.

You must be capable of influencing opinion and action at board level have the passion and drive to work in a fast paced environment.
