This role would suit an experience Deputy General Manager who is not afraid of getting involved within all areas of the business
If you are an experienced Deputy General Manager who has worked within a pub or restaurant environment before and has a real passion for great food served in a relaxed environment this could be the role for you???.
My client has a very successful high quality gastro pub. This pub is very much food driven with strong emphasis on fresh locally produced ingredients. They are looking for a Deputy General Manager to join this exciting company. The role involves working closely with management in developing the team and dealing with the day to day operational side of the business which involves, recruitment of staff and implementing procedures and standards
The ideal Deputy General Manager will have lots of flair and be able to deal with day to day issues, regarding front of house and back of house operations, a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront. You will be a good all-round Manager with a keen interest with dealing with the general public and ensuring there experience is one of the best???.
