Employee Relations Manager - Central London - Permanent - Upto GBP60,000
I'm working with a fantastic global brand based in Central London to recruit an Employee Relations Manager on a permanent basis.
This role is a great opportunity for an Employee Relations, or Employment Law Specialist who is looking to develop their career in a fast paced and truly diverse environment.
Responsibilities will be varied within the spectrum of ER and you will report into the wider HR team, with a small team beneath you. You will be a key escalation point for complex ER issues, owning the process through to resolution, in addition to answering queries on specific processes or policies. You will also take a proactive approach to analysing ER trends therefore anticipating future issues and recommending interventions. You will be on top of current and future employment law legislation, and will provide advice and guidance to the business on it's interpretation.
Ultimately you will be the subject matter expert for all thing Employee Relations and Employment Law, therefore you must demonstrate real passion and drive for this area of HR. We are looking for a pragmatist, who recognises both the people and business implications of ER process, and is able to present logical and clear solutions for stakeholders, while remaining compliant.
The ideal candidate for this role may be an Employee Relations specialist by trade, or a HR Generalist with a particular bias towards ER. Alternatively they may be an Employment Law specialist, looking to make the move in house.
