Your new role

Working at Senior Management and Executive level, you will be influencing, challenging and providing strategic guidance.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have been working in Senior HR roles for similar global or Travel or Retail organisations. You will be able to give advice up to MD level, and be happy presenting your case to the board. It is likely you will be qualified to MCIPD level.
