We require someone to lead and manage our Fir Tree Lodge service in Tadley, Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity that would enable you to make a real impact on the lives of people with profound learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss. As Registered Manager you'll be responsible for the day to day running of the service provided. Leading by example you'll ensure that the people we support are at the centre of every decision and have the opportunity to lead the life they want. To be successful in this role you will be dynamic, a great communicator, empathetic, enthusiastic and reliable. You'll be a strong leader with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and will possess excellent budget and time management skills. Candidates who have experience of working with people with a learning disability or visual impairment are highly desirable however this is not essential.
