The package:

• Competitive Salary - trainee recruitment consultants receive GBP18,000-GBP20,000, rising to GBP24,000 at 12 months service.
• Uncapped commission (genuine on target earnings - GBP35,000+ year one, GBP60,000+ year two. Established "top billers" - GBP100,000+)

The role:

• "Owning" your own technical market / geographical patch in either Banking / Financial, Engineering, IT, Sales or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Developing relationships with hiring managers in client companies, predominantly through telephone sales.
• Writing adverts and email marketing. Sourcing candidates through advertising and social networking.
• Screening candidates based on their CVs and telephone interviews. Providing shortlists of candidates for your client's vacancies.
• Arranging interviews and preparing candidates.
• Making placements, celebrating and earning commission!

The person:

• Ambitious, motivated and deadly serious about a career in recruitment.
• Great communication skills, persuasive and has a flair for sales.
• 12 months+ experience of working in a target driven sales environment.
