Our Client, an Independent Bodyshop are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join their Team.
Our client is dedicated to offering the most up to date and modern equipment and services. Backed up by an unrivalled network of support and knowledge making our client an up and coming name in crash repair in the Bedford area.
As the manager of this site you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation, managing staff and budgets as well as overseeing the quality and production of the business as a whole. As such experience or knowledge of all aspects of accident repair operations primarily paint and panel repair.
You will have the support of a large network behind the business coupled with continued investment and training both of yourself and your staff.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Bodyshops and excellent management skills. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage a team in a busy environment in particular showing the ability to motivate staff on a daily basis.
Owing to the importance of this position to the business only applicants with the relevant experience will be contacted. As this is an important role within the business our client is looking for candidates as soon as possible.
The position is based in Bedford so you will need to live in the area or be able to travel to the area on a daily basis.
