Sussex Recruitment are seeking a Finance Assistant to work across three days a week for this well regarded charity.

You will work closely with the Finance team to ensure the smooth running of the department including the following duties;

- Count and collect monies, reconcile total banking and enter data onto Sage.

- Create reconciled banking sheets for bank receipts.

- Distribute and control Purchase Ledger invoices for authorisation.

- Process all cash book and credit card payments.

You will require at least three years' experience in a similar role to include experience in account reconciliations with effective customer care skills. Strong administration skills including Microsoft office are essential and ideally prior working knowledge of using Sage.

Please note due to location you will require your own transport.

Salary GBP17,500 pa pro rata.
