A major and growing Employer has a significant opportunity for a Trainee Executive to develop and work with Corporate business partners.
You will have an Insurance background and be looking to develop your sales career in an environment with excellent training and support, working with some of the largest household names in the UK.
While a sales focus will be helpful, the credibility you have personally to operate at this level, with major Corporate customers, will be the most important aspect.
This really is a great opportunity to progress your Insurance career in an external role with clients.
The organisation provides a tremendous training programme, not only enabling you to develop your client facing skills but more generally, as well as in-depth training about all aspects of the Group. You would also have the opportunity to work with teams in other Divisions and in other locations, as part of this Training Programme.
If you are able to build successful relationships on a face to face basis and convert into sales, then this is an opportunity you should seriously consider.
