HR Apprentice (Business Services)
Salary: £6,734 p/annum (Apprenticeship salary)

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for an HR Apprentice (Business Services) on behalf of our client a leading social housing provider based in Wakefield.
Our client is looking for an HR Apprentice to join their HR team based out of Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, vibrant, strong HR team of a leading Social Housing Provider.
They have a large number of residents, reliant on the work of the Group as a whole, all of whom are backed up by a strong HR team. They work in partnership with local authorities, and all manner of other support services that assist in providing safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing for all of their residents.
The key purpose of the role is to provide Human Resources administrative support to the business and to the team and to assist where necessary in all administrative tasks. You will be working with the direction, guidance and supervision of an HR Advisor to provide a professional, courteous and friendly HR service to both staff and visitors.

- IT Literate candidates – specifically with MS Word, Excel and custom databases
- Dealing with customers both over the phone/email as well as in person – with excellent communication skills
- A strong team worker
- The ability to deal with members of staff both sensitively and with confidentiality and in a polite and respectful manner.
- You are required to hold certain levels of academic qualifications; English, Maths & 2 other subjects at a grade C or above (or equivalent) at GCSE Level
- High attention to detail
