HR Advisor with recruitment experience required to join a specialist team working on social care recruitment.
Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Recruiter with a background running recruitment campaigns to join a specialist recruitment project support care providers with recruitment challenges.
This is a unique role to work as part of a project team supporting Care providers across a region, where there have been problems with an inability to recruit and retain staff.
Key outputs for the Team include.,
* Develop the recruitment collateral around the profession and online presence
* Improve the conversion of expressions of interest into appointments
* Use an understanding of provision to provide interventions directly with providers who are struggling with recruitment and retention
Candidates
Were looking for HR Advisors or Recruiters who have a background of recruitment / recruitment campaigns ideally within a Care or similar environment
* Good recruitment experience including managing the process /supporting applicants through the process from identifying an interest in a role to starting with an employer
* Matching employers and interested parties to support successful recruitment.
* Creating appropriate recruitment collateral
* Support recruitment campaigns/events
This is initially a temporary assignment for 3 months + however it is a newly funded role and there is potential for a longer term.
