My client is a growing organisation, in the private sector on the outskirts of Leeds.
Description
As Learning & Development Consultant you will lead a portfolio of learning programmes encompassing both management development and technical training. You have autonomy to innovate when you design, deliver and evaluate training, bringing different learning tools, techniques and ideas to the role. You will carry out learning needs analysis and define clear learning outcomes for all work, to ensure learning interventions meet both business and individual needs.

Profile
The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced L&D Consultant with a real breadth of L&D strategy and projects.
CIPD qualification or relevant qualification would be ideal.
