Reporting & Insights Executive

A well-established company based in Thame are expanding their team and are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join them. If you have a keen eye for detail, love working with numbers, and have a drive to learn new things, this role could be for you! As a Data Analyst your duties will include: - Developing and maintaining MI reports to set timescales. - Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on the data analysis. - Working with the Operations and Activation Managers to provide support and recommendations. - Meeting with clients to gain report requirements and data and to answer any queries. - Working towards a continuous improvement program to streamline practices and remove manual processes, driving efficiency. - Conduct additional research to to proactively provide advice and suggestions, to add value to the account. - Create and follow a technology awareness strategy to ensure reporting tools are fit for purpose. Ideally you will have the following skills and experience: - Experience in CRM data extraction - An understanding of the Marketing Mix - Advance Excel skills - Confident in writing queries, ideally with SQL/Access - Comfortable working with BI tools - A degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics or Science is desirable. - A flair for numbers is essential. Professional, on-the-job experience isn't necessary, so long as you are enthusiastic, have a thirst for learning, and an analytical mind we want to hear from you!
