Looking for a Head Chef in our Central London French Brasserie. Become part of one of the leading businesses in the Hospitality and Catering industry.

We are looking for a talented and experienced chef to become part of our French Brasserie and take charge of our hardworking brigade.

You will be working in an extremely popular venue (part of a quality Franchise) so will need to understand high volume.

You will be working in a structured and happy environment, leading and training the team, managing the kitchen and creating beautiful dishes with the best seasonal ingredients.

We are looking for someone with a great attitude, with ambition to progress, as we are a successful expanding business.

50 hours in a 7 day operation venue, but opportunity to have a great life balance for such an important role.
