This is a full generlist role with mixed strategic and operational scope. Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor who can confidently apply their existing skills and knowledge in employment law, employee relations, recruitment, training and partnering with managers. They have a very diverse and fast-paced working environment and the successful applicant with be intrinsically motivated and hit the ground running.
Profile
You will have a university degree and hold a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification. You must be immediately available and bring experience in varied generalist HR roles at Advisor level.
Experience in industrial businesses (manufacturing, engineering, logistics and FMCG) is highly desirable.
